Start your routine every morning with a defined position, it can help you grow in the business world.

1. They have quiet, and consistent morning routines

Too many books and courses on personal success interpret us like robots, and completely overlook the enormous power of our emotions. The less frenzied emotions have earlier in the day, the less we will have for the rest of the day. Because when we started the day in a calm conscious state, it is easier to focus and get the right things done.

EntrepreneursBut when we woke up and the stress is upon us – phones ringing, ringing emails and texts, and we “putting out fires” – then we spent the whole day reacting instead of being proactive. This means you’re not in the driver’s seat working on your priorities – those things that drive your success – but simply responding to what you throw, important or not.

Try the first hour of your day is as less variable possible. A routine based on trust can be very effective to help maintain control and not just react, reducing anxiety and stress, and therefore makes you more aware and competent. The conclusion is that the way to start the day has a huge effect on your overall effectiveness.

2. They eliminate unnecessary urgency

At some point, all we ask, “Why is it impossible to complete everything?” But the answer is surprisingly simple: We are doing many wrong things.

Several research studies have shown that people never achieve more things to work longer hours just blindly whatever arises. Instead, do better when they follow careful plans that measure and track priorities and objectives.

So if you want to be more successful and less stressed life, do not ask how to do something more efficiently, there until you outspread first “Should I really do this?”

Just because you’re able to do something does not mean it really have to do. I think this is one of the most common problems with a lot of time management advisers; Too often productivity gurus focus on how to do things faster, but the vast majority of people do things quickly should not be done at all.

If you will think about it, actually it is somewhat ironic that we complain about having too little time, but then prioritize as if time were infinite. So do your best to focus on what is really important, and nothing else.

3. They do what must be done, today!

While everyone is talking about it, people are quietly making success. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: It does not matter if you have a genius IQ and a doctorate in quantum physics, you can not change anything or have any progress in the real world, if you do not take action.

There is a huge difference between knowing how to do something and actually doing it. Knowledge and intelligence are indeed useless if there is no action. It’s as simple as that.

Successful people know that a good plan executed today is better than a perfect plan executed someday. They do not wait for the “right time” or “perfect day” or “(impossible) appropriate circumstances” because they know that these reactions are based on fear and nothing else. They take action here and now, today – because this is where the real progress occurs.
